He holds a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management from the University of the Punjab, where he earned a Gold Medal for academic excellence (2018–2020). With extensive experience in quality assurance and analytics, he has worked with prestigious organizations such as SKMCH&RC, FAST-NUCES, and UOL, concentrating on advancing continuous improvement and promoting organizational excellence.
